We’ve gone live with our innovative 2(d) Citation Watch!  Aggregating difficult to extract info from the USPTO, we reveal trademarks refused under section 2(d) together with the marks that were cited in the refusal by the PTO examiners.  Now you can easily see which of your clients marks the PTO has used under section 2(d) to refuse others.
